Hi, I’m Jennifer.
Life can be a lot sometimes. Maybe you’re dealing with grief after losing someone close, struggling with anxiety that never seems to quiet down, or feeling stuck in a fog of depression. You might have an inner voice that’s constantly criticizing you, making it hard to feel good about yourself.
You’re not alone, and you don’t have to figure it all out by yourself.
I’ve spent over a decade as a social worker, supporting people through some of life’s hardest moments—hospice care, chronic illness, and the emotional challenges that come with them. What I’ve learned is that every part of us, even the ones that feel anxious, sad, or critical, is trying to help in some way. We just need to listen and understand those parts better.
Some of the things I can help with include:
Grief and loss: finding a way through the sadness after losing someone you love
Anxiety and overthinking: learning how to calm that constant, racing mind
Depression: finding light when life feels heavy or hopeless
The inner critical voice: softening that harsh self-talk and building self-compassion
Life transitions and feeling stuck: navigating big changes or those moments when life just doesn’t feel right
Chronic illness or pain: coping with the physical and emotional toll of ongoing health challenges
Caregiver stress: supporting yourself while caring for someone else
In our time together, we’ll take things at your pace. No judgment, no pressure—just a safe space to help you feel more grounded and at ease.
When I’m not working with clients, I’m usually learning more about IFS therapy or connecting with other therapists to grow in my work
If you’re ready to explore your parts and create true healing, I’m here.
